Involve Resume works from the words already in your CV. A check in our code throws out any change it can't trace back to your CV before you see it. You get the old and new versions side by side, and the CV is saved only when you press Approve.

Not sure what happens when you click apply?
Before you click, each job says how it will be sent: our extension fills the form and you press submit, or we open the listing for you. We never automate LinkedIn, because that can get your account banned.

The 30-second stranger.
A recruiter decides about your resume in less than half a minute, and you never get to see what they think. So here, another student reads your resume for thirty seconds. Then they answer five questions: What does this person do? How experienced are they? Would you call them? What do you remember? What was missing? You see their answers.
These answers come from real people, not from our software. Say five readers out of six think you work in operations, but you are applying for finance jobs. No score out of 100 would tell you that.
What is shared, and what is not
Only the lines you tick. Readers never see your name, your school or the job you want, so their answers stay honest. You never learn who read your resume. You read someone else's resume before anyone reads yours, so everyone gives as well as gets. If you take your resume down, its answers are deleted too. Role roulette
One person starts a draw and reads out a six-character code. Everyone types it in and gets a role for the next group project, such as timekeeper, devil's advocate or summariser (ten roles in all). Each role says what that person has to do. You cannot draw again. That way you try new roles instead of always taking the same one.

Practice interviews with other students (also in French, German and Spanish)
Say what you want to practise and which evenings you are free. You see other students who said the same. Students from your own school come first, then other schools if you both tick the box. A session takes forty minutes: twenty minutes each, then ten minutes of feedback using a sheet we give you. Nobody is shown to others until they ask to be, and no email addresses are shared. You both get the same calendar invite and a private room. You find it in Interview practice. Free on any account.
What "Beta" means here
The questions, scores and reports are finished and tested. No part of it is a placeholder, and no AI writes any of it, so the same answer always gets the same score. One thing is not finished yet: these screens are in English only, while the rest of the app is also in French, German and Spanish. Each screen says this at the top. When a screen is translated, its label goes away. The partner board, the study board and the alumni list only show real people. If nobody is there yet, they are empty and say why. The alumni list fills up when a careers office invites its former students.

What we will not promise. No tool can send a university application for you. The school checks who you are, your grades come from your university, and reference letters must come from the people who wrote them. A tool that promises more would get your application rejected. We build your resume and tell you exactly what is missing. A real person helps with the rest.

You cannot buy them and you cannot lose them. They are built into how the app works.
Your resume is read and scored in your own browser
Reading, scoring, tailoring and making the file all happen in your own tab. The file you upload is never sent anywhere. What leaves is only what a button you pressed needs: the line being rewritten, the message being redrafted, or the sentences to translate if you ask for your resume in another language. A tailored resume you approve is saved to your account so it is still there on your next laptop, and you can download or delete all of it from the account screen. The exact list is on the privacy page.
No invented lines
Every number comes from a line you wrote. If a rewrite adds a number, an employer or a date you did not write, we throw it away and tell you.
You approve before anything downloads
You see every change next to the line it replaces. A change is made only when you say yes.
Cancel yourself, any time
Press a button on your account screen and it takes you to Stripe, our payment provider. Nobody calls you or asks you to stay. Your plan stops at the end of the period you have already paid for.

Tens of thousands of live jobs, mostly from employers' own career sites, plus a few public job boards. We check them every day. Each listing links to the original posting, and we remove jobs once they close.
No. A check in our code rejects any change with a word that can't be traced back to your own CV. You see every change before and after, and the CV is saved only when you approve it.
No. Automating LinkedIn can get your account suspended, so our extension does not run there. For every job we tell you how it will be sent before you click.
Your CV file is read in your browser and never uploaded. With an account, the text of your CV and the tailored CVs you approve are saved to it so you can come back to them. If you press a button that asks an AI model to rewrite or translate, only the text that feature needs is sent, never your email address or phone number. Your CV only goes to an employer when you send it. Our privacy page lists every service we use, where data is stored and how long we keep it.
